Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after confirmation. Orders received on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Delivery Timeline
Standard delivery takes 3 to 5 business days from the dispatch date. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location or unexpected courier delays.
Delivery Coverage
We deliver to most areas within our coverage zone. If your address falls outside our delivery range, we will notify you after order placement and may suggest alternatives or issue a cancellation.
Shipping Charges
Delivery charges, if any, will be communicated at the time of order confirmation. Charges may vary based on order size, weight, or delivery distance.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery as the only payment method. Customers are required to pay the full amount in cash upon receiving the order. Orders may be canceled if payment is not made at the time of delivery.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier will make up to two delivery attempts. If both attempts fail due to unavailability or incorrect address, the order will be returned. Re-delivery may require additional charges.

You will receive updates via SMS, email, or phone regarding your order status and delivery. Please ensure that your contact information is accurate when placing an order.
Damaged Parcels
If your parcel appears tampered with or damaged at the time of delivery, please refuse to accept it and notify us immediately by emailing [email protected] with your order details and a photo, if possible.
