You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests beyond this period will not be accepted.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
All tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact
The item must not be damaged or altered
Items marked as final sale or non-returnable are not eligible for return
How to Request a Return
To begin the return process, email [email protected] with your name, order number, and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with instructions.
Return Review and Approval
Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected. If the return is approved, we will notify you and process your refund. If the item does not meet the conditions, it will not be accepted.
Refund Method
Refunds are issued in cash only. Once approved, your refund will be available within 5 to 7 business days. No refunds will be issued via bank, card, or digital method.
Return Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect due to our error. We recommend using a trackable delivery method.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns are not accepted for:
Items used, damaged, or altered after delivery
Products missing original tags or packaging
Items returned after the 7-day window
Products listed as non-returnable or final sale
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Email [email protected] with your order number and clear photos of the item.
